Tine Lundsfryd & Varujan Boghosian’s eye duchamp

Lori Bookstein Fine Art gallery now presents two exhibitions, one from Tine Lundsfryd and the other from Varujan Boghsian. Tine Lundsfryd’s works are all in oil, pencil, and colored pencil and I really like the mood those arouse from me. It was fun for me to match the title with the work. Except “Black flowers-white Flowers & Beetles,” i didn’t even guess the titles. However, i felt sedate and ironically joyful to see those paintings. I definitely noticed geometric abstraction and marked concentration on the circles. Looking closely into the work made me think about all the process in there.

This gallery also presents an exhibition of collages and constructions by Varujan Boghosian. In addition to his sculptures, he created a series of collages and constructions that pay homage to Marcel Duchamp. It’s quite a small scale of exhibition but definitely worth going to look at it.

Both exhibition run from now to January 4, 2014.
