Book binding

Last week we had a bookbinding session with Mary Ellen Buxton. In this session we were able to see the process of it and all the specific materials that are needed. Many materials are needed for this process. First Mary Ellen showed us different types of book binding and then showed us the steps to do one type. Then we started doing ours. She guided us step by step. This can look obvious and easy but there are so many details that you have to following carefully every step of it.

Here you can see some of the pictures of the process, if you see this you can get an idea of the materials and process to do it.

After looking at the process and doing it, I have learned that everything has its own process and ways of doing it. This was so amazing and enriching, now we can keep doing our own books with what we just learned!
